Assembly Instructions

Our assembly process is easy and time-efficient thanks in part to its industry-leading design! In fact, all the instructions are visual-based, allowing you to follow each step along the journey towards a finished chair. The assembly starts with the creation of the seatback using individual slats and a series of bracers to keep them together. Afterwards, the chair base itself is put together, involving the attachment of slats to three pieces that form the edges and maintain the chair’s shape. Next comes the chair legs, affixed to the base, followed by the installation of the armrests. The last step involves adding the assembled seatback to the base, completing the build of your beautiful new foldable Adirondack chair. Need more information? There’s no wrong choice thanks to our commitment to responsibly sourced, high-quality materials and components! Each wooden chair is built to handle outdoor conditions year-round, though you can certainly extend its lifespan and further minimize maintenance needs as it ages by not keeping it out in the winter or during extreme weather circumstances. As they are constructed of recycled plastics, our Poly-Luxe chairs can be left out year-round without any worries if you so desire.

We have a wide variety of beautiful, vibrant paint colors readily available for all Poly-Luxe chairs we produce including black, red, white, and many more. Alternatively, if you want a wood-like visual appearance, we have variations of Poly-Luxe finishes available with this effect including cedar, grey driftwood, and a stunning walnut.

For wooden Adirondack rocking chairs, our four-stage staining treatment utilizes an 80-gallon vat of SICO ProLuxe – one of the finest finishes around. It’s as effective as applying three coatings to your chair! We also perform other tasks including hand-drying and further staining as needed to ensure optimal results and a lasting, beautiful finish.
